With reference to the current market situation, in order to be able to continue offering customers the accustomed reliable service. Coscon would like to introduce GRI (General Rate Increase) for all shipments from/to Far East from/to North West Europe and Mediterranean (both west and east bound).

A)For all shipments fm Far East(including shipments ex Japan) and IPBC to North West Europe and Mediterranean (including the shipments to Isreal, Lebanon, Syria, North Africa, Black Sea Region).

GRI should be USD300/TEU with effective from 1^st, SEP, 2009.

B) For all shipments from North West Europe and Mediterranean (including the shipments to Isreal, Lebanon, Syria, North Africa, Black Sea Region) to Far East(including shipments to Japan) and IPBC.

GRI should be USD100/TEU with effective from 15^th SEP, 2009.
