| Due to the situation in Gulf of Aden area, please be kindly advised that COSCON decide to adjust Aden Gulf Surcharge(CODE: AGS) for shipments FM/TO Far East and IPBC area TO/FM North West Europe (incl Portugal, Spain and Baltic Sea Region) and Mediterranean area(incl west Mediterranean region, east Mediterranean region, Black Sea region, West Afirca region, North Africa region and Canary Islands). The new AGS amount should be USD40/TEU, with validity from JAN 1st, 2010 till Further notice.
